When this ECT failed, instead of fracturing and sliding forward as they usually do, the block dropped 4 inches down, collapsing and crushing the very large facets underneath it. This is unique and the only time we've ever seen this happen. We think its an indicator of how weak the facets are on the ground. We had lots of collapsing and cracking as we ascended the slope.
